New Ware's 1/144 Scale Space Shuttle Detail Set for Revell: Part 2

I finally made enough progress on the Revell 1/144 space shuttle with New Ware upgrade to show. I still have a lot of detail work to be made in the payload bay area-stay tuned for a later installment of that.

Here's what I have done thus far. Scratch-built hi-gain antenna. Notched Evergreen strips for the payload bay door radiators.

Another angle. Shuttle windows were masked-off and paint and thin putty was applied to made distinct panes.
The Warbirds 1/144 shuttle tile decals. With pastels for weathering the results are fairly nice!
Detail shot of the SSME's and OMS thrusters -all from the New Ware detail set!
Another angle of the SSME's and other details from the New Ware set.
A close of the the forward RCS. Again from the New Ware set. I had to kitbach/scratch the docking airlock in the payload bay.
A word about the Warbirds Shuttle tile decal set. They are quite nice! Be careful in applying bottom tile sheets. I used Krystal Kleer to help get them snugly attached. Another recommendation would be to use pastel chalks for blending the painted areas into the decals.
